Pakistan’s Biggest Thrift Store Looted On Inauguration Day, Vandalism Caught On Camera — WATCH

A massive crowd broke into a building of the grand opening of Pakistan’s biggest thrift store in Karachi, where people vandalised and looted the shop.

Several videos of the incident surfaced on the internet showing the crowd forcefully entering the premises.

As per Pakistani local news reports, the mall, Dream Bazar, was the country’s first large-scale thrift store offering low prices on clothing, home essentials, and accessories.

However, chaos ensued when more than a thousand people turned up at the mall, and within an hour, the crowd went out of hand. Several eyewitnesses reported extensive damage and vandalism to the property as thousands of people rushed into the mall.

From the viral videos, it could be seen that a group of people broke into the store in the blink of an eye and looted the shop. Another video shows the aftermath of the looted shop where leftover clothes are thrown randomly.
