IT solutions provider Riktam Group has launched Artificial Intelligence-powered ZinterviewAI, a product to address common recruitment challenges and make the hiring process smooth.

It leverages advanced AI to streamline talent acquisition, saving time and resources for the hiring organisations. “We are redefining the traditional recruitment process by offering an AI solution to empower organisations to focus on identifying the right talent while our AI avatars handle the time-intensive aspects of interviewing,” Riktam Group co-founder Siddharam Shingshetty said in a release.

Since its soft launch in June 2024 Zinterview.ai has over 20 paying enterprise customers and being used to conduct thousands of interviews across industries. ZinterviewAI got a $200,000 seed funding in December 2024 and Riktam plans to create a separate company for the product.

Zinterview.ai promises the interviews are fair and consistent by eliminating human biases; facilitates candidates to take interviews at their convenience; enables faster hiring cycles and eliminates scheduling conflicts. The hiring managers receive detailed evaluation reports, Riktam Group said.
