The Opposition on Sunday criticized the BJP-led Centre over the stampede at New Delhi railway station, which claimed 18 lives, accusing it of “insensitivity” and “mismanagement” amid the heavy rush of passengers traveling to Prayagraj for the Maha Kumbh. In response, the BJP countered, alleging that Opposition parties were merely “political ventures” making routine “political” remarks.
