Morning walkers at Thiruvanmiyur seashore noticed useless fish scattered alongside the sands on Sunday (March 9, 2025). G. Ramakrishnan, who had visited the seashore to observe the dawn together with his household, mentioned {that a} stretch of roughly 500 metres was coated with useless fish.

“It was a tragic sight; what may have been meals for folks was on the sands. Some fish didn’t have eyes. The remainder of the seashore was fairly clear,” he mentioned.
