The All India Muslim Private Legislation Board (AIMPLB) emphasised the essential duty of each Muslim within the nation to oppose the waqf invoice modification and appealed to them to put on black armbands on Alvida Juma, the final Friday of Ramzan, in protest towards the  Modification Waqf Invoice 2024.

“Alhamdulillah, the sturdy protests by Muslims at Jantar Mantar in Delhi and Dharna Sthal in Patna have not less than prompted a stir amongst BJP’s allied events. Now, an enormous protest can be scheduled to happen in Vijayawada on March 29, 2025,”  AIMPLB Shared a letter in a put up X.

Within the letter, they describe it as a “sinister conspiracy” that goals to deprive Muslims of their non secular and charitable establishments.

“The Waqf Modification Invoice 2025 is a sinister conspiracy aimed toward depriving Muslims of their Mosques, Eidgahs, Madrasas, Dargahs, Khanqahs, Graveyards, and charitable establishments. If this invoice is handed, a whole lot of Mosques, Eidgahs, Madrasas, Graveyards, and quite a few charitable establishments shall be taken away from us,” the letter learn.

“Subsequently, it’s the duty of each Muslim within the nation to strongly oppose this invoice. The All India Muslim Private Legislation Board appeals to all Muslims to put on a black armband whereas coming to the mosque on Jumu’atul Wida as a silent and peaceable expression of grief and protest,” the letter added.
