“We obtained a name at 4.37 {that a} foul odor was popping out of a home. The no. of the home is 118A, Satyam Enclave. Jhilmil Colony. These are DDA flats in Vivek Vihar. The home’s proprietor is Vivekanand Mishra, aged 50-60 years… An intact lifeless physique of a lady was present in the home inside a bag, which was wrapped with a blanket. The bag was inside a field, and there was an incense stick on it. The physique has not been recognized but… Nobody has been caught but; authorized motion is underway,” Yadav mentioned.
