Throughout a debate on Calls for for Grants for the Silk Improvement and Handicraft Departments within the Legislative Meeting, Mr. Anbarasan stated silk farms will be capable of present conducive weather conditions and acceptable humidity to develop silkworms in a hygienic method and harvest high quality silk cocoons.
“The silk farmers who produce high-yield mulberry varieties will likely be given monetary help of ₹6.82 crore.
