The Raidurgam police seized ₹74.5 lakh unaccounted money from a duo touring on a two-wheeler, throughout a late-night automobile checking drive on Wednesday (April 23, 2025).

Based on the Raidurgam Inspector Ch. Venkanna, the automobile was intercepted on the Dargah Highway in Raidurgam round 10 p.m. based mostly on suspicion. Upon checking, the police discovered the bundles of money from the pillion rider.

Preliminary inquiries recommend the cash was being transported for personal functions. The seized money will probably be handed over to the Earnings Tax (IT) Division for additional investigation.
