Pakistani troops resorted to cross-border shelling alongside the Line of Management (LoC) in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir for the second consecutive day on Thursday (Could 8, 2025), a day after the Indian armed forces targeted terror infrastructure within the neighbouring nation as a part of ‘Operation Sindoor’.

The Pakistani aspect focused civilian areas within the Karnah space, firing shells and mortars after midnight, officers mentioned.
