 
									 
NEW DELHI: Days after Washington Submit reported that the Centre had requested LIC to spend money on Adani Group corporations, the state-run participant has stated that it didn’t obtain any directions from the govt. for investing in any entity of the conglomerate. “LIC categorically clarifies that the paperwork talked about haven’t been issued by LIC, nor have any such paperwork been acquired by LIC,” it posted on Twitter on Tuesday. On Saturday, LIC had denied the report saying that the corporate’s funding selections are taken independently by its board after due diligence. Rebutting the Submit report, it stated that the division of monetary companies or different businesses shouldn’t have any function to play in such selections
