HC suspends Bhupalpally Court orders against KCR, Harish



Hyderabad: Former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and MLA Harish Rao received legal respite from the High Court. The court has suspended the orders from the Bhupalpally District Sessions Court, deeming them inappropriate. The High Court has issued notices to the petitioner, Rajalinga Murthy.

The legal counsel for K. Chandrashekar Rao and Harish Rao argued that the Sessions Court lacked jurisdiction over the matter. The next hearing is scheduled for January 7.
