A blockade staged by the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) beneath the aegis of its Kozhikode district committee resulted within the actions on the Kozhikode Company Workplace getting disrupted for half a day on Tuesday. The stir that began at 5 a.m. in protest towards the alleged corruption and mismanagement within the Company went on until 12.30 p.m. when the police forcibly eliminated round 100 social gathering staff, whereas round 9 had been arrested.

The employees blocked all of the entrances to the Company workplace, stopping staff from becoming a member of responsibility until midday. The protest went on peacefully as the staff didn’t attempt to enter the constructing.

Inaugurating the protest at 9 a.m., Koduvally MLA M.Okay. Muneer criticised the ‘extent of corruption’ within the Kozhikode Company and claimed that the Left Democratic Entrance wouldn’t have the ability to come again to energy within the Company this time because of ‘sturdy public sentiments’ towards the entrance.
