Within the wake of rain forecast for Telangana, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Monday (October 27, 2025) has directed officers to be on alert and take sufficient precautions in the direction of procurement of cotton, maize and grains. He instructed them to make sure farmers don’t face any losses or inconvenience.

Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao and Civil Provides Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy would maintain a video convention with collectors and officers involved within the night.
