A four-year-old boy suffered extreme burn accidents after his grandmother allegedly poured boiling water on him when he tried to splash colored water on her as a part of Holi celebrations in Maharashtra’s Nagpur, police stated.
CCTV footage confirmed the boy making an attempt to play by splashing water on the lady, recognized as Sindhu Thackeray, who was carrying a bucket of sizzling water. Angered by the kid’s actions, she allegedly poured your complete bucket over him. The video confirmed the kid writhing in ache.
One other lady standing close by was seen pouring regular water on the boy in an try to chill him down, however he suffered 45 per cent burns beneath his waist.
The visuals have gone viral on social media, sparking outrage and requires motion in opposition to the lady.
The kid has been admitted to a hospital, and police have initiated the method of registering an offence in opposition to the lady, information company PTI reported.
