A headmaster in Vizianagaram district has signed a bond on a ₹50 stamp paper promising high quality schooling to any little one admitted to his authorities college, as a part of the Andhra Pradesh authorities’s week-long ‘Badi Pilusthundhi’ enrolment drive for the 2026-27 tutorial 12 months.

Bankapalli Shiva Prasad, headmaster of the federal government college at Mokalapadu village in Gantyada mandal, signed the bond and distributed photostat copies to folks and village elders, urging them to decide on the federal government college for his or her youngsters’s education.
