Telangana Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar described the ongoing strike by Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) employees as motivated, and took intention and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief Okay Chandrasekhar Rao. He prolonged an olive department to staff urging them to name off the agitation asserting that the federal government remained open to resolving all excellent points.

Addressing a press convention on Wednesday (April 22, 2026), the Transport Minister stated that the TGSRTC was a lifeline for the poor and supported round 40,000 [worker] households. He stated different preparations, together with elevated MMTS and Metro providers in Hyderabad, had been initiated.
