West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday (April 7,2026) alleged that names of individuals belonging to particular communities have been deleted from the post-Special Intensive Revision (SIR) voter rolls within the State.

Addressing a rally at Chakdaha in Nadia district, Ms. Banerjee stated the Trinamool Congress (TMC) will stand by these whose names have been excluded from the voter rolls, following the SIR train.
