Canadian Man Digs Via 18 Tonnes Of Rubbish, Finds Spouse’s Misplaced Wedding ceremony Rings

The person, recognized as Steve Van Ysseldyk, determined to embark on the mission after his spouse, Jeannine, by accident misplaced her rings.

Jeannine misplaced her rings on Aug. 14 when she mistakenly spilled popcorn into their backyard. Whereas cleansing up, her rings fell into the popcorn bag, which ended up within the compost bin. The couple solely realised the rings had been lacking after the compost was collected.

Decided to get them again, Ysseldyk headed to the native dump the following day. “I used to be fairly optimistic,” the BBC quoted Ysseldyk as saying.

Regardless of his spouse’s doubts, he believed he might discover them. After reviewing his dwelling’s CCTV footage, Ysseldyk recognized the precise second the rings had been misplaced. He additionally discovered they’d been taken to the Mission Sanitary Landfill in British Columbia, which is Canada’s westernmost province.
