12 injured in bus–lorry collision on Karimnagar bypass


Twelve passengers had been injured after a Telangana State Highway Transport Company (TGSRTC) bus collided with an oncoming lorry on the Kothirampur bypass street in Karimnagar district early on Wednesday (April 22, 2026) morning.

The accident was reported round 6 a.m. when the bus was travelling from Karimnagar in the direction of Hyderabad. In accordance with preliminary info, the lorry, approaching from the other way, tried to take a proper flip in the direction of Peddapalli and struck the entrance portion of the bus.
