An engineering pupil alerted the police by way of the Sakthi App after she was allegedly harassed by an auto driver on her method from Vijayawada to Nambur late on Saturday (April 25,2026), night time. A case has been registered in opposition to the motive force, B. Phanindra.

The scholar boarded the auto on the Pandit Nehru Bus Station (PNBS) in Vijayawada round midnight and employed it to Nambur.
